What should I do if my piercing gets infected?
You should contact us immediately and visit one of our shops for a free checkup!
Can I return or exchange my jewelry?
Defective jewellery can be replaced for free within one month of purchase, always by returning the product back to us first. Unfortunately returns cannot be made if the customer chose a wrong type of jewellery or change their mind about their choice. We are always available for a consult before buying.
What should I avoid after getting a tattoo?
After getting a tattoo, avoid anything that can irritate the skin, slow healing, or increase the risk of infection. For the first couple of weeks, donβt expose your tattoo to direct sunlight or tanning beds, and avoid swimming pools, hot tubs, and the sea, as bacteria and chemicals can damage fresh skin.
You should also avoid picking or scratching the tattoo, even if it starts to peel or feel itchy. Tight clothing and excessive friction on the area can also interfere with healing, so keep the area clean, breathable, and protected. Lastly, avoid heavy sweating and intense workouts in the very early stages, as this can irritate the tattoo and delay recovery.
